All our jewellery is beautifully presented in signature Pure Jewelry packaging.

Local Orders – South Africa

Our parcels are fully insured and trackable until delivery. Shipping is charged at R250, with free shipping on orders over R2,000.

In-store collection is also available at our Somerset West store.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. If ring adjustments are required, we will notify you of any additional waiting time.

Some items are made to order, with a production time of 15 business days. The product description will indicate if an item is made to order. Please note that this timeframe excludes delivery.

Standard shipping typically takes 1–2 days to major centres in South Africa. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Our courier partner, The Courier Guy, does not collect or deliver on weekends or public holidays. If you are unavailable during delivery, a second attempt will be made on the same day. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
